Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of (the "site"). This site is owned and operated by Glow Aesthetics Clinic.

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our website is the property of Glow Aesthetic Clinic and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site.

Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use our site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age. For teen skincare treatments, permission and attendance is required at appointments from a parent/guardian.

Accounts
When you create an account on our site, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and

2. All personal information you provide to use through your account is up to date, accurate and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate you account if you are using our site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sales of Goods and Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.

The goods available on our Site include, but not limited to:
1. Cosmeceuticals
2. Beauty products
3. Hair Care products
4. Skin care

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.

​

The services available to book on our Site include, but are not limited to:
1. Bespoke eyelash extensions
2. Skincare treatments (Facials, Dermaplane, Microneedling & Chemical Peels)
3. Hair loss treatments

The services will be paid for in full when the services are booked/ordered.

​

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments
We use Wix Payments to process any payments for products and services purchased via our Site. When you provide your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reserve your transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

At Glow Aesthetics Clinic, we believe in providing outstanding customer service. We therefore aim to offer a next working day delivery service for Mainland UK orders received before 12:00pm (subject to stock, volume of orders and available transport).


Please note for some of the more remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands, delivery may take longer. Please note delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Cost: £6.50, Free on orders over £100.
Free local collection is available from Workington, Cumbria, UK.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are there to accept delivery of goods, and if a delivery is missed you will need to contact the courier (and not Glow Aesthetics Clinic) to rearrange delivery.

​

Orders outside these areas will be quoted on an individual basis depending on the weight, volume and exact location.

​

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods on the day notified by the Seller for delivery. If a delivery is missed, the Buyer should contact the courier directly (not Glow Aesthetics Clinic) to rearrange delivery.

​

The Seller undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to despatch the Goods on an agreed delivery date, but does not guarantee to do so. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.

​

The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or short delivery of the Goods. If short delivery does take place, the Buyer undertakes not to reject the Goods but to accept the Goods delivered as part performance of the contract.

​

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods on the agreed delivery date or, if no specific delivery date has been agreed, when the Goods are ready for despatch, the Seller shall be entitled to store and insure the Goods and to charge the Buyer the reasonable costs of so doing.

​

You are required to provide us with complete and accurate delivery details, we will not be liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address / person as a result of you providing us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

​

Acceptance of the Goods
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods 48 hours after delivery to the Buyer.

​

The Buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the Goods within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written notification to the Seller within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed.

​

Where the Buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted, the Goods the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.

​

Title and risk
Risk shall pass on delivery of the Goods to the Buyer’s address.

Notwithstanding the earlier passing of risk, title in the Goods shall remain with the Seller and shall not pass to the Buyer until the amount due under the invoice for them (including interest and costs) has been paid in full.

Until title passes the Buyer shall hold the Goods as bailee for the Seller and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of the Seller.

The Seller may at any time before title passes and without any liability to the Buyer:

repossess and dismantle and use or sell all or any of the Goods and by doing so terminate the Buyer’s right to use, sell or otherwise deal in them; and

for that purpose (or determining what if any Goods are held by the Buyer and inspecting them) enter any premises of or occupied by the Buyer.

The Seller may maintain an action for the price of any Goods notwithstanding that title in them has not passed to the Buyer.

Returns
No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

Returns cannot be accepted without prior written consent from the Seller (Glow Aesthetic Clinic). Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined within this returns policy will nullify the Buyer’s claim for return.

​

Returns will be considered only when the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Please email glowaesthetics.cumbria@outlook.com.

​

Damaged products, errors, receipt of incorrect goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order.

Goods must be returned unopened in the original packaging, un-damaged, and in good quality condition. Any breakages must be kept with the packaging and retained for further inspection.

​

Credit note or refunds will be processed only once the condition of the item(s) has been verified and can be returned to stock.

​

We, Glow Aesthetics Clinic, will not refund or credit any item/product that has been lost, defaced, or damaged in transit to us.
